Cordale Housing Association held its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 22 September and published its Annual Report 2025–26.

Cordale Chair Margaret McCallion reflected on the past year where a highlight was the completion of 25 new homes at Dalquhurn, Cordale’s first new build development in more than a decade.

Margaret highlighted why new affordable homes are important, helping people stay close to family, friends, schools and the support networks they have built over many years.

The Annual General Meeting also heard how Cordale invested £1.37 million in repairs and improvements within existing homes, which included new windows and doors, heating systems, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as improvements to lighting and ventilation.
