This means everyone has the right to ask for information we hold about us, our activities and our services – and we have a legal duty to respond to requests.
We also proactively publish a range of information. We have adopted the Scottish Information Commissioner’s Model Publication Scheme and developed a Guide to Information which details the information we make available through the scheme.
Our Freedom of Information Policy explains our approach to complying with our duties under FOISA.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we will do this, from when we collect personal data until we dispose of it.
You have a right to access information held by us about you, and to have any inaccuracies corrected. There is normally no charge for this and we are required to respond to such requests within one month.
