If you are experiencing damp, mould or condensation in your home please report this to us as soon as possible. The Association will respond to instances of condensation, dampness & mould promptly and with compassion to limit its impact on your enjoyment of your home.
We will focus on identifying and tackling the root cause of the problem and work towards preventing it from reoccurring.

Cordale Gardening Scheme – Now Open for Applications!
Are you finding it difficult to keep your garden tidy? Our Gardening Maintenance Scheme is here to help!
This long-running initiative supports tenants who are unable to maintain their gardens due to health or mobility challenges – whether temporary or long-term.
Applications for the 2025 scheme are now open, and eligible tenants are encouraged to apply.
Due to high demand and limited capacity, all tenants must complete a Care of Garden Maintenance Scheme Request Form each year. Please contact us to request a form. Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll confirm whether your garden can be included in this year’s programme.
Please note: certain eligibility criteria apply, including household circumstances and the availability of support from others. Priority will be given to households where no one is able to carry out garden maintenance, and where there is limited support available from family or others nearby.
