Phone Line Disruption: Our phone lines will be unavailable on Monday 20th October between 9am-1pm.
Connect Portal Access: There may be some disruption to our Connect Portal from Saturday, 18th October to Monday, 24th October. During this time, you may not be able to access all our online services through the portal. We expect the Connect Portal to be fully operational again from midday on Monday 24th October.

Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Annual Report 2023-24
We are pleased to share our first Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Annual Report, which details our commitments and provides examples of the work we are doing to break down barriers and promote inclusion across the Caledonia Group.
The report outlines our overall approach to EDI, highlighting the progress we are making as we strive to reduce inequalities and promote diversity and inclusion, both internally and within the communities we serve.
We are delighted to report that we have made significant progress in several key areas, including:
Ensuring our services are accessible and enhancing the support provided to our customers.
Working with our colleagues to create a more inclusive culture.
Increasing the diversity of the Caledonia Groups Governing Bodies.
The establishment of our EDI working group, which oversees practices and the delivery of our action plan.
