Stephen joined Cordale Housing Association in 1998. The Management Committee delegate responsibility to Stephen to manage the organisation and strategically plan Association activities. Stephen has qualifications in M. Phil Housing Studies and a Post Graduate Degree in Management Studies.

Depute Director
Louise joined Cordale in January 2001. She has overall responsibility for housing and asset management, participation, health & safety and admin functions. She assists Stephen in strategic planning, project management, marketing and PR, personnel matters and also deputises for him in his absence. Louise has a Diploma in Strategic Management of Housing gained at the University of Stirling. Louise is continuing her professional development in Project Management by working towards the APMP qualification. She is a member of the Chartered Institute in Housing and Women in Property.

Housing Services Officer
Yvonne originally joined Cordale as a Housing Services Assistant in 2004, and was promoted to Housing Services Officer in 2006. She assists Louise in managing the housing stock on a daily basis, liaising with tenants on all tenancy matters, dealing with rent management and allocating houses. She has also been trained as Type 2 - Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice. Yvonne completed an HNC in Housing in June 2008. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Office Administrator
Julie originally joined Cordale in 2002 and is now the Association’s Office Administrator, responsible for managing the office and finance duties and assisting Louise in dealing with health & safety administration. Julie also assists in marketing and PR of the organisation. She has also been trained as Type 1 - Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice. Julie completed her HNC in Accountancy in June 2008. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Temporary Trainee Housing Services Assistant
Geraldine joined Cordale in November 2009 as a part time receptionist. Following her time at University where she gained a Business and Management Degree, Geraldine took a career break to have her young son Ryan. Geraldine has quickly became a valuable member of the staff team and commenced full time hours this year to assist Cordale in its exciting times ahead. Geraldine is a Type 1 advisor for Housing Information & Advice. She has also completed an introductory certificate in Project Management and is a student member of the Association for Project Management. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and Women in Property.

Admin Assistant
Cordale Housing Association has seconded the services of Lisa-Marie Brown who currently works for the Renton Community Development Trust, for a twelve month period to assist the reception staff during a busy period. Lisa-Marie has been trained for the Type 1 - Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice.
Lisa-Marie is the first point of contact for visitors to the office and callers on the telephone.

Duncan Thomson
Estates Supervisor
Duncan joined Cordale in June 2003. He has responsibility for managing the Estates Assistants. Duncan and his team make sure that the area is well maintained, they assist in clearing out empty properties and minor repairs. Duncan has been trained as Type 1 - Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice in September 2009.

Mark Kelly
Estates Assistant
Mark returned to employment with the Association following a two year break. He assists Duncan in maintaining the Association’s common areas.

Kevin McCallum
Estates Assistant
Kevin commenced employment with the Association in August 2010. He assists Duncan in maintaining the Association’s common areas.

Finance Services provided by Rhona Joss, FMD Financial Services
Rhona is employed by FMD Financial Services, whom the Association employs to carry out financial duties, such as preparing the Association’s Management Accounts, budgets etc.
