
Stephen Gibson
Director
Stephen joined Cordale Housing Association in 1998. The Management Committee delegate responsibility to Stephen to manage the organisation and strategically plan Association activities. He is also the company secretary to the Association’s two subsidiary companies.

Louise Percy
Depute Director
Louise joined Cordale in 2001. She has overall responsibility for the housing management, maintenance, participation, health & safety and admin functions. She assists Stephen in strategic planning, marketing and PR, personnel matters and also deputises for him in his absence.

Roddy Matheson
Development Officer
Roddy joined Cordale in 2006. He has responsibility for the development function within the organisation, which includes project managing the refurbished and new build contracts.

Colin Smith
Maintenance Officer
Colin joined Cordale in 2002 and assists Louise in maintaining the housing stock, dealing with the Maintenance Contractors, planning future maintenance to the Association’s building assets and health & safety.

Yvonne Reilly
Housing Services Officer
Yvonne originally joined Cordale as a Housing Services Assistant in 2004, and was promoted to Housing Services Officer in 2006. She assists Louise in managing the housing stock on a daily basis, liaising with tenants on all tenancy matters, dealing with rent management and allocating houses. Yvonne is due to complete her HNC Housing course in May 2008.

Julie Montague
Office Administrator
Julie originally joined Cordale in 2002, as a Repairs and Admin Assistant. Julie quickly progressed within the organisation and is now the Association’s Office Administrator, responsible for managing the office and finance duties and assisting Louise and Colin in dealing with health & safety administration. Julie also assists Stephen and Louise in marketing and PR of the organisation.

Lauren McGall
Housing Services Assistant
Lauren joined Cordale in 2005, via West Dunbartonshire Council, Get Ready for Work Team, as a Housing Admin trainee. Lauren quickly progressed and was offered an initial one year contract as a Trainee Housing Services Assistant. Since then Lauren has been offered a permanent contract with Cordale, and was promoted to Housing Services Assistant in April 2008. She assists Colin and Yvonne by providing housing management and maintenance administration. She is the first point of contact for everyone who visits the office.

Duncan Thomson
Estates Supervisor
Duncan joined Cordale in June 2003. He has responsibility for managing the Estates Trainees who are employed via West Dunbartonshire Council, Get Ready for Work programme. Duncan and his team make sure that the area is well maintained, they assist in clearing out empty properties, carrying out special uplifts for tenants and minor repairs.

Chris Longburn
Grounds Maintenance Trainee
Chris joined Cordale in 2007, via the Council’s Get Ready for Work programme and wasemployed by the Association in June 2008. He assists Duncan in maintaining the Association’s common areas.

Andrew Brown
Grounds Maintenance Trainee
Andrew joined Cordale in 2007, via the Council’s Get Ready for Work programme and was employed by the Association in June 2008. He assists Duncan in maintaining the Association’s common areas.

William McKenzie
Grounds Maintenance Trainee
William joined Cordale in July 2008, via the Council’s Get Ready for Work programme. He assists Duncan in maintaining the Association’s common areas.

James Brennan
Grounds Maintenance Trainee
James joined Cordale in August 2008, via the Council’s Get Ready for Work programme. He assists Duncan in maintaining the Association’s common areas.

Marjory Murray
Office Cleaner

Finance Services provided by Rhona Joss, FMD Financial Services
Rhona is employed by FMD Financial Services, whom the Association employs to carry out financial duties, such as preparing the Association’s Management Accounts, budgets etc. Rhona although not directly employed by Cordale is just like a member of staff and infact is the longest serving member of staff having worked for Cordale since 1997.
