Cordale Housing Association considers the prevention, control and recovery of rent arrears as one of the most important aspects of the Housing Management and Maintenance Service.  To provide affordable rented housing it is essential that our income from every source is maximised.  By adopting an effective and efficient Rent Management policy and procedure, our costs will be kept down, minimising the need to increase rent charges.
