Rent Arrears

We aim to minimise the level of current and former tenant arrears in a sensitive and supportive manner and offering advice and counselling.

We promote a “rent first” payment culture. Advice and guidance is available for tenants who have difficulty in paying rent, with the Association also offering to arrange free and confidential interviews with Money Advice and/or Welfare Benefits.

Eviction is an absolute and regrettable last resort.
