Cordale Housing Association was set up in 1993, and has completed 2 refurbished projects and 9 new build projects. It is the only housing association in the West Dunbartonshire area which has received a stock transfer from the Council. In 2001 and 2002, properties in Back Street, Renton were transferred to Cordale Housing Association.
