To be a strategic partner, business partner, landlord and employer of choice in West Dunbartonshire.

Stay true to our vision and continue “putting people first”. Housing is important but more than just housing is required to sustain communities.

Strategic Aim 3:

Continue to be an efficient and well run organisation and seek improvements in what we do and how we do it.

Our Mission Statement

The Association's Mission Statement was revised following consultation with residents in June 2006 and we feel it is still relevant today.  The Mission Statement identifies the scope of what we do.  It describes our values and priorities, business ethos and broadly charts the purpose and future direction of the Association.
