1. Complete the development of Dalquhurn Estate
2. Continue the Associations development programme and improve the natural and built environment
3. Explore the potential for the Association to pursue tenant-led stock transfer within Renton and the Vale of Leven when requested by the local community
4. In partnership with local organisations, participate in a range of activities that encourage young people to meet their full potential
5. Continually explore opportunities for tenant, residents and members to influence the Associations activities
6. To continually improve service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
7. Maintain the Associations viability through prudent financial control
