Cordale tenants who wish to move to another of the Association's properties usually only transfer if the accommodation that they are living in no longer suits their needs.  This may be the case for a wider range of reasons:

• Overcrowding (but not if you sub-let or take in lodgers).
• Too few people for the size of the property - underoccupancy.
• Health problems.
