
Cordale Housing Association will rigorously adopt and follow procedures to ensure that it is meeting its obligations as a landlord as confirmed in Gas Safety (Installation and Use Regulations 1994) (amended 1998).
We have a legal obligation to carry out a gas safety inspection in every property with a gas supply every year.
We rely on tenants providing access to the contractor in order to service the boiler to ensure it is in good working condition. This is also a condition of the Association’s tenancy agreement.
