Estate Management Performance 2011/2012
During the monthly estate management inspections the Housing Services Officer and the Chairperson of the Housing and Asset Management Sub Committee inspect the closes at Main Street and MacBride Way, the play areas throughout the estate and tenants gardens.

Neighbour complaint category key
- 1 - Very serious anti-social behaviour, e.g. physical assault, drug dealing, etc
- 2 - Serious anti-social behaviour, e.g. excessive and persistent noise harassment, verbal abuse, etc
- 3 - Breach of tenancy complaint, e.g. stair cleaning, dumping rubbish, occasional noise nuisance, etc
