All closes are inspected once a month by the Housing Services Officer, Maintenance Officer and Estates Supervisor during the Estate Management Inspection.  Periodic inspections are also required when there are problems identified that require to be monitored.

All play areas are inspected once a month by the Housing Services Officer, Maintenance Officer and Estates Supervisor during the Estate Management Inspection.  All play areas are part of the daily litter pick carried out by the Estates Team.
