We would like our tenants to take part in one of our monthly estate management inspection with our Housing Services Officer and chairperson of the Housing and Asset Management Sub Committee.

This is to let tenants see what type of things the Association looks for during an estate inspection, for example common repairs etc.  This will also give us an insight into what a tenant thinks about the quality of the estate management and hopefully we will learn more about what you, the tenant, expects.
