Cordale Support Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cordale Housing Association that provides a wide range of Housing Support Services to older people living in Renton and the Vale of Leven. The purpose of these services is to promote independent living by helping older and vulnerable people to sustain their own tenancy.

Cordale Support Services Limited does not employ any staff. Instead, it ‘buys in’ services from Cordale Housing Association and sub-contracts day to day responsibility to the Carman Social Inclusion Centre (which is based in Renton, Dunbartonshire).

The purpose of this document is to convey what the company is going to do over the next three years. It builds upon the first strategic plan produced in June 2003.

Aims & Objectives 

As a key provider of services in Renton and the Vale of Leven, Cordale Support Services Limited aims top promote active citizenship and reduce vulnerability by providing a range of services to older, disabled and infirm people to improve their choice and quality of life and assist them to live an independent and meaningful life within the community. The services will be operated in a manner that reflects the organisational principles of the parent organisation and the rapidly changing national and local environment.
