In the period from 1st April 2001 to 31st March 2007, the Association has received a total of 10 formal complaints from 9 tenants.

Three people have taken their complaint to the appeal stage (Stage Three).  Committee upheld one of the three appeals.  During the same period, four people (including one person who bypassed the Association appeals process) appealed to the Housing Association Ombudsman for Scotland.  In each case, the Ombudsman could find no evidence of misadminitration and declined the appeal.
