Common area repairs

Every month our staff carry out a full inspection of the Association’s area and actions any common repairs that require to be attended to – for example close door repairs, bin lane fencing, play areas etc. 

The Association is also happy to accept repairs which are the responsibility of other agencies and pass on the request to the relevant offices – for example Street Lighting, Roads Department, Water Board (drain covers) etc.
