The Association is now on site with its next phase of new build.  This includes: -

1 x 5 apt 6 person terraced house (already pre-allocated)
1 x 4 apt 5 person terraced house
3 x 3 apt 4 person terraced house

The allocations of the remaining four will be made in summer 2008. 

6 x 3 apt 4 person split level houses

The allocation of these properties will take place in summer 2008.

40 Apartments for Older People

As you will be aware Cordale Housing Association is in the process of building 40 Very Sheltered Housing apartments in the heart of the village.  These new homes will be allocated in the summer 2008, with completion of the building anticipated for October this year.
