The Association has been contacting tenants who, during part of the recent telephone survey, said that they would be interested in taking part in one of our monthly estate management inspection with our Housing Services Officer and the Chairperson of the Housing and Asset Management Sub Committee.

This is to let tenants see what type of things we look for during an estate inspection, for example common repairs etc.  This will also give us an insight into what a tenant thinks about the quality of the estate management and hopefully we will learn more about what you, the tenant, expects.
